Mammoth Roofing

Roofing, made visible.

A street of three pitched roofs, shingle courses climbing to each ridge, raised in purple pins.

What changed

  • Mammoth Roofing, website enquiries a month: Once the forms and alerts were repaired, website enquiries rose 220% in a month, back to the company's usual level. Source: The site's form records and the CRM, June and July against September 2026. A recovery after the forms had failed, counted in two systems.
  • Mammoth Roofing, home page weight: The new home page is 72% lighter than the old one, with no layout shift and 82% less time blocked. Source: Google PageSpeed Insights, home page, the old site on 7 August against the new site on 25 October 2026.
  • Mammoth Roofing, time for a sale to reach the crm: A sale recorded in the field now reaches the sales system 94% faster, in under a minute. Source: Sync timing between the sales app and the CRM, before and after the new connection, 2026.

The brief

Lead capture, design, engineering, search and the launch, for a roofing company with crews across Texas.

Visit mammothroofs.com

A roofing company with crews across Texas sells a careful, written inspection. Its website enquiries were not reaching the people who answer them, its sales records took a quarter of an hour to reach the CRM, and the site itself said little about how the work is done.

The work

  1. Repair the enquiry path first: every form alerting the office within seconds, and every lead in the CRM with where it came from.

  2. Build the new site around the company's own photography, its written Roof Grade, a roof you can inspect layer by layer, and a quote that reads the roof from aerial imagery.

  3. Keep every page editable in WordPress, carry every old address across, and give each town it serves a page built on its own storm record.

The decision that matters

Nothing on the site claims what the company cannot show. A storm notice appears on a town's page only when the National Weather Service reports a storm near it, each of the 95 town pages carries that town's own storm history, and town pages without local evidence of the company's work are kept out of search until they have it.

On the record

Live on mammothroofs.com since 20 October 2026. Every one of the old site's addresses resolves on the new one, and a watch on the new site's logs caught the stragglers in the first week.
