Who we are

Sequentis is the trading name of Sequentis Digital Ltd, a technical studio registered in England and Wales, company number 17539851. Our registered office is Tanglewood Offices, Burhill Road, Hersham, Walton-on-Thames KT12 4BJ. Sequentis Digital Ltd is the controller of the details you send through this site. For anything about your data, email privacy@sequent.is.

What this site keeps

When you send a brief, we receive what you typed: your name, your email address, your site if you gave it, the practices you chose, when you would like to start, and your message. It reaches us as an email. We use it to reply to you and, if we work together, to plan the work.

The site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs, such as the address a request came from, to keep the site running and secure. If we measure visits, we do it without cookies and without identifying you.

To stop automated spam, the brief form may run a check that does not use cookies or identify you.

Why we may use it

We rely on our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you chose to send, and on taking steps you asked for before any contract. We never sell your details or use them for marketing lists.

Who else handles it

Only the companies that run the site for us: our hosting provider, our email delivery provider and our email inbox provider. They handle your details on our instructions. Some of them may store data outside the UK, under the safeguards UK law requires.

How long we keep it

If we do not end up working together, we delete your brief within twelve months. If we do, we keep what the work needs for as long as the work and our legal records require.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing privacy@sequent.is. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
