The brief

An owned product, designed, built and operated by the studio.

A music school runs on more than its timetable. Attendance, messages and billing all need to follow the lesson, without the team rebuilding the same information in different places.

The work

  1. A shared model for lessons, people and the school's daily administration.

  2. A web platform for running the school, with a companion iPhone app for the day in hand.

  3. Connected workflows for billing, registers and messages.

The decision that matters

The useful detail is the relationship between the screens. A lesson belongs to a teacher, a pupil and a timetable. The product carries that context through the school day.
